docs: update Welcome.mdx and deprecate Kodo references in docs

- Welcome.mdx: Kodo → Sumi design tokens
- EMPTY_ERROR_PATTERNS: KodoEmptyState → EmptyState
- all_components/covered_components: remove KodoEmptyState (renamed to EmptyState)
- COLOR_USAGE.md: add deprecation notice, point to DESIGN_TOKENS
- COMPONENT_USAGE.md: add note to prefer Sumi tokens
