- PushPreferencesSection: API-connected toggles, subscribe button
- usePushSubscribe: permission, pushManager.subscribe, POST to API
- NotificationMenu: document.title badge (N1.4)
- sw.js: payload compat (link/url)
- MSW: push/subscribe, preferences handlers
