[T0-006] test(backend): Ajout tests pour role_handler
- Tests complets pour role_handler.go (22 tests)
- Interface RoleServiceInterface créée pour permettre le mock
- Tests couvrent GetRoles, GetRole, CreateRole, UpdateRole, DeleteRole, AssignRole, RevokeRole, GetUserRoles
- Couverture actuelle: 30.3% (objectif: 80%)
