    • E: raw webhook audit log with retention cleanup
    • F: ledger-health gauges + reconciler metrics + alert rules

    Deferred to post-rc1:

    • G: subscription pending_payment state
    • Follow-ups: #44 (Hyperswitch webhook max size — hypothesis only), #52 (10-day @critical regression root cause)

    Known issues: 30 @critical tests skipped, tracked in tests/e2e/SKIPPED_TESTS.md.
    4 skips flagged for staging verification before v1.0.7 final (#05, #06, #08, #09).
